Current Licensing Status

Florida MLO License Application — In Progress (Expected: Q3 2026)

Home Clarity is currently in the process of obtaining a Florida Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). Until this license is active:

Home Clarity does not originate mortgage loans, take loan applications, or quote loan rates or terms. We provide educational information and connect borrowers with independently licensed lenders. No mortgage brokerage services are offered until licensure is confirmed.

Once licensed, this page will be updated immediately with our NMLS ID number and a direct link to our NMLS Consumer Access profile where you can verify our license status independently.

About NMLS & How to Verify Licenses

The Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) is the licensing system used by state and federal regulators for mortgage companies, branches, and loan originators. Any person or company originating mortgage loans in the United States must be licensed through NMLS.

You should always verify that any mortgage loan originator you work with holds a current, active license in Florida before proceeding with a loan application. A licensed originator's NMLS ID number should be displayed on all loan-related communications, websites, and documents.

Lenders Listed on This Platform

Lenders listed in the Home Clarity Loan Navigator are independently licensed mortgage companies or mortgage brokers. Each lender operates under their own NMLS license, which is separate from Home Clarity's licensing. Home Clarity does not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for the licensing compliance of listed lenders.

Before working with any lender you connect with through this platform, we recommend:

1. Verifying their NMLS license at nmlsconsumeraccess.org
2. Confirming they are licensed to originate loans in Florida
3. Reviewing their license history for any disciplinary actions
4. Asking for their NMLS ID number in writing before proceeding
